Nostalgia: Showcasing a JDM Legend

My first time meeting Marby Enriquez is kind of a funny story. We were at a BBQ at the famous Mc Slick’s house (@mcslick on Instagram, give him a follow) and I saw Marby’s car parked in the driveway. I remember seeing his car around at shows in the area, but I never was able to put a face to the car. When I started talking to him, I was blown away by how passionate he was about what he does. Here I am, thinking that this is a dude with a badass car, he’s going to have a badass personality to back it up. It was the total opposite.

Marby is a prochiller. He knew that if he worked his ass off, and didn’t sweat the little stuff, he could make whatever dream he had a reality. 3 years ago, Marby picked up this beautiful 1992 Acura NSX, and according to Marby, it’s not even close to being done.

Just this year, the car was fitted with a Whipple Supercharger kit, which just goes to show that this car isn’t all show and no go. I actually received a text from Marby while writing this with a picture of his new Bride Japan seats that came in today. His First Class Fitment prep is in full swing.

Marby has big plans for this car, and I can’t wait to see which direction he decides to go with it. For those of you in the Central NJ area, you can catch us hanging out at MP Built in Carteret, where the owner, Manpaul, has helped tremendously with this build. Keep up the great work, brother. Here’s to more nights prochilling, and more missed Mets games.
